Moved from the desert to humidity and knew that my piano had some work to be done – it was a great tuning. He also recommended some other work (nothing surprising to me) but there was no pressure to get it done as the piano was functioning. He said he would get me a quote on the other work and I could decide from there what I wanted to do. Great service. Will use again.
