Mr. Neeley takes the time to do a thorough, consistent job on your piano. I own a Hamburg Steinway “B” so I’m picky about my tuners. He does not rush the process and it shows in the sound of my instrument. He is also a wonderful technician that can repair and rebuild a piano. It’s important that the tuner be able to diagnose what the piano will need (regulations, bushings, etc) so that you can plan for the life long health of your piano! 5 stars!
