Mr. Neely is very knowledgeable about pianos. I had scheduled an appointment to get our piano tuned. He came to our house and looked over our piano. He, then, gave us his recommendation for work needed to tune the piano (which was less than we had planned). He also gave us recommendations for moving and storage. We were very happy with the service provided.
