After checking on my piano, he gave a report about my piano problems. I had two strings broken. One of them has to be ordered. He said he could bend down and do the restring in his younger days. But not any more. Once the string is ordered, I will get a call from his (younger) friend to set up a date for installing the strings. Let the new strings settle in two weeks and then he will come in to do the fine tuning. He provided the estimated cost of each step. Very reasonable.
