Mr. Neely came in last year to tune my piano. He found two strings broken over the years and recommended another person to replace the strings. He did not charge me at the time and said he would wait until the service was done completely. After the strings were replaced and settled, I called him to make another appointment for the final tuning. He showed up on time. The work was done in about an hour. And the rate is very reasonable.
